Qural is very different. First off, we are a platform not a service provider. Qural is a platform that is designed to bring all stakeholders in healthcare like, doctors, hospitals, labs, pharmacies, rehab etc onto a single platform which is FREE for everyone.
We are also unique because we are completely member agnostic. We do not recommend any one company or individual over any other. You are completely free to choose anyone on our platform. We do not play any role of a middleman.
Any healthcare stakeholder is eligible to come onto our platform as long they are legitimate, licensed and legally compliant which our team verifies before onboarding them.

When you order medicines through Qural, you are actually ordering them from a local pharmacy in your area that you choose. Each retailer offers different discounts. You can all their offers when you login into the all. Generally, you can get up to 20% discount by ordering medicines through Qural.

Yes. Government regulations prohibit dispensing medicines without a valid prescription. A valid prescription is one that is not more than one year old. Prescriptions MUST have complete doctor details including name, registration number and a phone number. It should also include patietnt’s complete name, gender and age/date of birth.

Yes, we have some of the best labs in all cities listed in our app. You can book lab test appointment directly with any of them using Qural app. You can book both home sample collection appointment as well as lab visit appointments using the app.

• An order for medicines or healthcare products can be cancelled from the ‘Order Details’ screen on the Qural app or by calling our customer care number 1800 108 1008 before it is marked as 'Out for Delivery/Shipment started'.
• Qural reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, without any claims or liability to pay finance charges or interest on the amount.

• Please note that the refund amount will be finalised after completion of verification. Once the pick-up is completed and the product is verified by Qural/Seller, a refund of the eligible amount paid for the products returned by you will be initiated for valid returns as mentioned above.
• Refund will be initiated only after successful verification of the products by Qural/Seller. Please note that the verification process may take 3-7 business days from the date of pick up from your location.
• You can expect the refund amount to reflect in your account after completion of verification from Qural/Seller within 7 – 10 business days.
• You understand and acknowledge that we reserve the rights to claim back any refund that has been processed by us as a result of fraudulent activities such as return of wrong products or wrong quantity of the products.
