1. How will lab test be conducted?

Lab tests will be conducted from the comfort of your home. Once the sample is picked up from your place it will be processed in the lab and report will be generated in 1-2 days. The report will be directly be sent to your registered email ID.

3. Can I opt of doctor office visit consultations instead of video consultations?

Currently all plans provide only video consultations.

4. Can I choose any doctor for my video consultations?

When you subscribe to a plan, you are assigned to a doctor by Qural. Qural only provides experienced and top-quality doctors on its platform. Since you will be consulting the same doctor during the plan period, you will be able to get personalized service from the doctor.

5. Are these plans available in all cities?

Diabetes Care Plans are currently available in Hyderabad and Secunderabad cities only. We will be expanding soon to other cities.

6. Am I eligible for quicker medicine order delivery than normal with this membership?

Currently we are not offering faster deliveries under this plan but we do not charge any delivery fee for plan members.

7. Is the Qural Diabetes Care plan is a one-time membership fee or do I have to make any additional payments?

This is a one-time annual fee that you pay in advance for services that you can use for the next 12 months. There are no hidden charges.
You may be charged for any services that you use outside the scope of your Diabetes Care Plan.

8. Can I cancel my subscription plan?

You can cancel the plan any time until the first use of any service or benefit provided under this plan. If you use even one of the services or benefits covered by this plan, you are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

9. Is there any cap on discounts on all other Doctor appointments during the year?

Based on the plan you choose you will get the discounts on video consultation fees listed for that doctor in the Qural app. To avail the discount you MUST book your appointments ONLY through Qural App..
This discount will be given on for the appointments completed through Qural application.

10. Which lab in Qural will do my Lab tests (HbA1c & FBS)?

We will select the lab based on your location and availability of lab technician. All Qural labs are licensed, certified and are of top quality.

11. Does the membership fee change?

Prices do not change during the plan period. However, you may have to pay the current prevailing price at the time of plan renewal.

• A member is eligible to get Free Shipping Benefit on orders worth more than Rs.500 during his membership period (subject to the number of free deliveries available under each plan).
• The maximum annual discount amount on the lab tests is Rs.1500 (Silver), Rs.3000 (Gold) and Rs.5000 (Diamond).
• The maximum annual discount amount on the diabetes medicines is Rs.3000 (Silver), Rs.5000 (Gold) and Rs.7500 (Diamond).
